The charges come from an event on the top of Eric Church's bar on Sunday night.

An assessments is in the works after Morgan Wallen was caught for purportedly losing a seat the most elevated mark of a Broadway bar.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Down home music star Morgan Wallen spent Sunday night in jail after he evidently threw a seat from the most elevated mark of a Broadway bar.

As shown by the catch vow, 30-year-old Wallen was on the highest point of Supervisor's around 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, when witnesses watched him get a seat, throw it over the roof, and giggle about it. The top of the bar sits six stories above Broadway.

Two authorities with the Metro Nashville Police Division were underneath on Broadway and said the seat landed three feet from them, as shown by the attestation. Authorities conversed with bar staff, and witnesses, and evaluated security film, which all certified Wallen's alleged exercises, the confirmation states.
